You will be at the forefront of leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and quality in our content creation and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Generalist, your primary focus will be on content creation, social media management, and customer interaction.

Content & Creative Production (AI-Assisted)
  • Social Media Content: Generate engaging posts and captions for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) utilizing provided AI prompting tools and frameworks.
  • Creative Assets: Produce visually appealing basic creatives (images/short videos) for social media using AI-powered design tools, based on established brand guidelines.
  • Blog Writing: Draft, edit, and optimize short-form blog content using AI writing assistants and supplied prompts to ensure quality and relevance.
Customer Engagement & Platform Management
  • Customer Communication: Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms (primarily Facebook Messenger/Comments).
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management, scheduling, and monitoring of all assigned social media platforms.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking key social media metrics (reach, engagement, impressions) and report on content performance weekly.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Prompt Optimization: Proactively test and refine AI prompts to enhance the quality and efficiency of content generation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, AI tools, and best practices relevant to the role.
