Summary: The main responsibility of the PDM Data Analyst is to assist the Enterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) and Product Data Management (PDM) organization and key stakeholders with the creation/read/updated/delete (CRUD) of the product management data throughout the enterprise. He/she will serve as the resource to provide report and adhoc reporting to various stakeholders on recipes, specifications, Bill of Materials, and material information. It is also expected from the Analyst to respond in a timely and effective manner to stakeholders' inquiries and concerns, participate in process improvements, ensure agreed Key Performance Indicator/ Metrics/ Service Level Agreements are met, and support other management directives as prescribed.

Summary of major duties:With guidance and coordination from a Specialist or Supervisor, perform various recipe, specification, Bill of Materials Read/Update/Delete responsibilities to Product Data domains. Perform mandatory validations such as but not limited to critical data controls and compliance verification. Shall ensure that set KPIs/ Metrics/ SLAs are met and reported on a timely manner.

Provide support to Internal and External collection, auditing and testing of PDM data. Provide relevant requirements and/or documents to carry out the audit on master data related transactions. Responsible for compliance with applicable Global and Regional Policies and StandardsUnderstand the implications of PDM and master data as it relates to SAP and other business systems based on requirements.

Trouble troubleshooting of escalated minor issues. Gather/document business requirements for PDM data initiatives. Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field, i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration, or a combination of education & relevant industry experience

Minimum 2-3 years experience in IS/Accounting and/or Business experience in a fast paced environmentSAP experience preferred

Working knowledge and proficency on core SAP modules and transactions including Material, Recipes, Specifications and Bills of MaterialProficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, PowerBI, and etc.)Excellent Customer Service skills including Interpersonal Communication Skills, Relationship Management, Collaboration Skills, and Teamwork SkillsIs proactive and goal-oriented

Willing to work in shift schedule including Night Shift
