Compensation:PHP 35, ,000/month

Higher compensation may be offered for more relevant and extensive experience

Responsibilities:Provide technical support to US clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems

Achieve first call resolution by efficiently addressing client issues according to SLAsTroubleshoot issues with Windows, Microsoft Cloud, Office Apps, and NetworksCollaborate and learn from Senior EngineersManage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications:4 years of IT experience (MSP, Corporate IT, Consulting)Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AzureExperience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ServiceNow)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Shift Schedule:4 days per week, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Philippine time (including breaks)Work days and rest days may vary; candidates must be flexible to work during weekends

During training, reporting during evening shifts is required
