Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled
IT Specialist
with 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, hardware management, and asset tracking. The ideal candidate is proficient in
SAP
and
Microsoft 365 (M365) and
will play a key role in maintaining our technical infrastructure and ensuring accurate inventory of all tech assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Manage IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Perform asset tagging and maintain accurate documentation of all IT equipment.
  • Maintain and update the tech assets inventory system.
  • Support SAP and M365 environments, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
  • Assist in hardware procurement, setup, and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and hardware management.
  • Strong knowledge of asset tagging and inventory systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft 365
    is required.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with IT asset management tools.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.
  • Basic understanding of networking and security concepts.
