Role Description

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Responsibilities include mapping business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning IT solutions with organizational goals. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / implementation support
  • Strong skills in data gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Experience with Business Processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Must have experience in Data Mapping Documentation and Integration
  • Must have experience in facilitating meetings and requirements
  • Proficient in leveraging Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Knowledge of Information Technology systems and their applications in business solutions
  • Must have experience in Waterfall Methodology environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT consulting role is a plus
