Position: Information Technology Manager

Company Industry: BPO

Location: Taguig City

Schedule: Shifting

Salary: Php 109,000 + bonus

Work set up: Onsite

JOB Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee the company's IT operations.

-Ensure system availability, security, and performance across all platforms.

-Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system integrations.

-Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions and support.

-Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

-Experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with a background in a management role.

-Hands-on experience with enterprise systems, virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), and network architecture.

-Experience in managing platforms and tools such as Microsoft 365, Zscaler, Intune, and other network solutions.

-Experience in overseeing IT operations and infrastructure for local BPO sites.
