What you'll be doing

  • Provide high-quality customer service to CORPORATE VISIONS INC' healthcare clients via phone and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer requests
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
