QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Preferably with Masters Degree
  • Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in the power/energy sector
  • Proven track record in design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for power generation, transmission, or distribution
  • Strong understanding of power systems, renewable energy technologies, grid integration, and energy efficiency
  • Familiarity with local and international electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC, Philippine Grid Code)
  • Skilled in preparing technical documentation, cost estimates, and risk assessments for energy projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for interfacing with management, clients, and cross-functional teams
  • Leadership qualities with mentoring experience for junior engineers
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas with occasional site visits or client meetings.
