About the Role

EPIC Property Management is searching for a highly experienced and licensed Building Electrical Engineer to take charge of the operation and maintenance of complex, high-rise engineering electrical facilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who ensures the reliability and optimal performance of all critical power systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Distribution Systems.
  • Manage low voltage switchgears, air circuit breakers (for protection and control), and the secondary power distribution to building transformers.
  • Maintain the common bus system serving both the primary power source and the emergency generators.
  • Supervise the Power Generation System, including diesel engines for stand-by power.
  • Manage the fuel systems for diesel emergency generators and engine-driven fire pumps.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards.
  • Lead a technical team and coordinate with other engineering departments on facility-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the operation and maintenance services of high-rise engineering facilities.

"Hands-on" experience with:

  • Low voltage switchgears and air circuit breakers.
  • Power distribution systems and building transformers.
  • Power generation systems, including stand-by diesel emergency generators.
  • Fuel systems for emergency generators and engine-driven fire pumps.
  • Proven leadership and strong analytical skills.
