What you'll be doing

  • Accurately recording and processing employee time and attendance data
  • Ensuring timely and precise payroll calculations
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to payroll
  • Providing support to the HR team on payroll-related queries and issues
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports and other compliance documents
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant labour laws and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a timekeeping or payroll-related role (Open for freshgrad)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and HR information systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and payroll regulations
  • Familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping principles
