  4. Responsible in understanding the functions and limitations of the unit which includes familiarity with load chart, safe work loads, notes and warning signs

  5. Coordinate to the operator the route swinging, lifting of loads thru hand signal or two way radio.

  6. Implement and complies maximum safety measures and standards at all times

  7. Performs other function that may be designated by immediate superior.

  8. Implements and complies with ISO 9001: current version-QMS.
