Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Database Administrator - Oracle. Located in Taguig, the Database Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Oracle databases, ensuring their performance, security, and availability. Day-to-day tasks include replication management, troubleshooting database issues, and securing sensitive data. The role also involves optimizing database performance, implementing backup and recovery procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Oracle Database Administration and general Database Administration skills
  • Experience with Replication, Troubleshooting, and Database Security
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are beneficial
