The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Certified Accountant / Payroll Administrator to join our team. You will manage payroll, statutory registrations, and compliance for our internal team while also supporting our clients with their bookkeeping and accounting needs. This is a full-time remote role, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive, professional, and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for our staff (monthly/bi-monthly)
  • Ensure accurate SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory contributions and compliance
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records for the company and clients
  • Process and reconcile payments, deductions, and adjustments
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management and clients
  • Support clients with their bookkeeping and accounting requirements
  • Assist with registration and compliance requirements for employees and clients
  • Maintain and improve systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Conduct professional Zoom/Teams calls with clients as required

Requirements:

  • Certified Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines
  • Proven experience in payroll administration, bookkeeping, and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, tax compliance)
  • Experience using accounting software (Xero, MYOB, etc.)
  • Fluent English – written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and presence during client video calls
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity and a distraction-free home workspace or access to a professional office space
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 – Teams, Outlook, and Excel (experience using these tools daily is required)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Australian clients or familiarity with Australian payroll/accounting practices
  • Experience in a remote work environment
