Overview:

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to accelerate the growth of our retail deposit business. The role focuses on expanding our new-to-bank (NTB) client base, optimizing client acquisition strategies, and delivering innovative, customer-centric deposit products. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative campaign planning to drive both volume and value in our retail deposit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall retail deposit growth strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank's lending and cross-sell priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to acquire high-value clients and drive adoption of complementary products (credit cards, personal loans, auto/home loans).
  • Lead the design and implementation of promotions, campaigns, and programs that attract and retain new clients.
  • Optimize product pricing, bundling, and value propositions using market insights and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with multiple channels—digital, branch, and tele—to maximize reach and client conversion.
  • Explore and establish partnerships beyond internal channels, including marketplaces and external ecosystems.
  • Monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and ensure initiatives contribute to profitability.
  • Mentor and oversee teams responsible for execution, ensuring seamless delivery of growth programs.
