Human Nature is looking for motivated and result driven Telesales Associates who will attend to our customer's inquiries via calls, emails and chat as you process orders in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries with courtesy and empathy via calls, emails and chat
- Upselling on every opportunity
- Opening of new small retail accounts
- Managing small retail accounts
- Accurate and timely order processing for Web orders and Telesales orders
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Tagalog
- Exhibits empathy and care on every customer interaction
- Strong drive for excellence and accuracy.
- With sales background preferably skilled in new customer acquisition.
- With proven track record of achieving targets in terms of sales, attendance and other KPIs
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic personality and must be able to work well with a team
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
- Permanent day shift schedule, SUNDAYS off.
