Main Purpose of the Job

Responsible for delivering new sales and measuring the performance of the company’s tele sales and e-commerce operations and regularly report this information to managers, decision-makers, and executives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Telesales Responsibilities :

  • Cold Calling : Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list. Introduce and promote products or services to prospects. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Sales Conversion : Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services. Effectively address customer objections and close sales over the phone. Achieve or exceed monthly sales appointment targets and quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

E-commerce Responsibilities :

  • Own and oversee the end-to-end functions of all e-commerce platforms and operations, from setting up, to operating, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct relevant research and generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Implement sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programs over digital platforms.
  • Lead the procurement and implementation of new technologies relevant to e-commerce operations.
  • Define, build, and revise order fulfilment, refund and returns, and overall transaction policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to roadmap for online store's functionality.
  • Drive e-commerce sales performance.
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Desired Qualifications
  • Work Experience : Minimum one year experience as an Ecommerce Associate, preferably with channels such as Shopee, Lazada, Facebook marketplace and Amazon, or; Two to three (2 to 3) year experience as Telesales or outbound Customer Care.
  • Level of Knowledge : Bachelor’s degree in marketing management or any Business course.

  • Functional : Practical knowledge of e-commerce and tele sales techniques. Knowledge of ERP systems and software (Odoo). Knowledge of online sales platforms, such as but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Facebook marketplace and Amazon. Sound communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
