SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR (REMOTE)

SHIFT: DAY / MORNING PHT

TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in community engagement, content creation, and have excellent communication skills. This role requires flexibility to work during our active hours and offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as engagement increases during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages promptly.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, reporting insights to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated with current trends, hashtags, and best practices in social media.
  • Assist with planning and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in audience engagement and community management.
  • Ability to work during assigned hours with flexibility as needed.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Availability to transition to full-time work during the holiday season is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video content creation for TikTok and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.

Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)

  • Internet Connection : Min of 30 mbps wired internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer with updated current programmes from home with Dual Monitors
  • Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
  • Webcam - Contractors must have a working webcam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
