Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Engage with users, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.
- Identify and establish relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing and growing social media platforms across multiple channels
- Highly proficient in Canva and skilled in photo and video editing using relevant creative tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret, understand, and execute both simple and complex instructions accurately
- Can thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven, with a solid understanding of current social media trends, analytics, and best practices

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management.
