Position Overview
We're seeking a Remote Social Media Manager (Philippines) to join our creative team and help drive FEATURE's digital voice and online presence.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the rhythm of online culture, and stays ahead of emerging trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Threads. You should know what's trending before it trends—and be able to translate those moments into engaging, brand-aligned content that resonates with our audience.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven, with strong English reading and writing skills and the ability to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, viral formats, and cultural conversations relevant to fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle.
- Develop and refine strategies that keep FEATURE at the forefront of online engagement.
- Partner with the creative and marketing teams to plan content calendars aligned with major campaigns, product drops, and cultural moments.
- Identify opportunities for real-time content and trend participation (memes, trending audio, hashtags, etc.).
- Analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies and maximize reach.
- Research and coordinate potential collaborations or influencer partnerships.
- Support retail store visibility across social platforms while maintaining consistent branding.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Plan and schedule posts in advance using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
- Write clear, engaging, and trend-aware captions that match FEATURE's tone and visual identity.
- Respond to tagged posts in a timely and brand-appropriate voice.
- Monitor community feedback and social sentiment to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute social campaigns that feel culturally current and relevant.
- Report weekly KPIs and performance insights to the Director of Content.

- Consistent, on-brand messaging and visuals.
- Growth in engagement, followers, and social reach.
- Demonstrated ability to spot and implement social media trends early.
- Timely, professional response to social interactions and customer messages.
- Clear, accurate reporting of performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading and writing English (excellent grammar and comprehension required).
- Must be available to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
- Proven experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Threads, and other fast-evolving platforms.
- Experience scheduling and planning posts in advance with social media management tools.
- Familiarity with analytics and engagement tracking.
- Highly organized, creative, and adaptable to fast-moving trends.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Keen awareness of current social trends, viral content, and cultural movements.
- Creative thinker who can turn real-time trends into strategic, brand-fitting posts.
- Basic photo/video editing (Canva, Adobe, or mobile apps).
- Background in marketing, communications, or content creation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently while collaborating with a remote U.S.-based team.
Schedule & Compensation
- Location: Remote – Philippines (Work From Home)
- Schedule: Must align with Pacific Standard Time (PST) (approx. 12 AM – 9 AM PHT)
- Compensation: Competitive monthly rate in PHP or USD equivalent, based on experience.
