Job Summary A social media manager develops and executes social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives across various social platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on social media ROI and engagement Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand partners Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms Conduct competitor analysis and market research Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Strong understanding of social media analytics and advertising platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus Preferred Skills Experience with paid social advertising Photography and basic video editing skills Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles #J-18808-Ljbffr
