Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SME-Customer Service PR with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in customer service and have a good understanding of outbound and inbound logistics in the retail sector. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and the ability to work rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer service-related technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure data integrity.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods in the retail sector.
  • Support outbound and inbound logistics operations by providing necessary customer service assistance.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure consistent customer service coverage.
  • Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing to interact with customers and team members.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in customer service with a focus on problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Have a good understanding of outbound and inbound logistics in the retail sector.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
  • Show proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Display strong analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and data.
