Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SME-Customer Service PR with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in customer service and have a good understanding of outbound and inbound logistics in the retail sector. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and the ability to work rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes.
- Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer service-related technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure data integrity.
- Implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods in the retail sector.
- Support outbound and inbound logistics operations by providing necessary customer service assistance.
- Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure consistent customer service coverage.
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing to interact with customers and team members.
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in customer service with a focus on problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Have a good understanding of outbound and inbound logistics in the retail sector.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
- Show proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Display strong analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and data.
