Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

2. Customer Service

  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Promote a positive dining experience consistent with company standards.

3. Staff Supervision and Development

  • Assist in training, motivating, and supervising crew members.
  • Observe and evaluate staff performance during operations.
  • Learn to create work schedules and delegate tasks efficiently.

4. Inventory and Cost Control

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, food wastage, and supply usage.
  • Participate in ordering and receiving supplies following company procedures.
  • Support the manager in controlling costs and meeting sales targets.

5. Administrative Duties

  • Prepare daily sales and operational reports as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor standards.
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and evaluations.
