We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Foam Mattress Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations in production, sales, and customer service. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in retail, sales, or furniture/foam industry management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the overall department processes and ensures the final product meets quality standards and customer specification.
  • Train, supervise, mentor and evaluate the performance of assigned employees. Ensures employees are following the given works instructions.
  • Ensure that the orders are properly scheduled, monitored, accomplished and delivered on the set date or leadtime by setting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for each employee and each process in the department based on demand planning and orders from the concession, wholesale, and showrooms.
  • Performs the ordering of SFG foams to the slicer department and at the same time, checks the quality of the foams received.
  • Report any raw material, manpower, and equipment nonconformance issues. Analyze and propose solutions to quality issues that may arise.
  • Perform SAP transactions (Raw Materials Goods Receiving, Order Confirmation, Transfer Posting) and ensure correctness of the transacted data.
  • Coordinates with the Finished Goods department for the actual inventories of stocks and as well as actual delivery dates of the orders.
  • Coordinates with the General Services Supervisor in maintaining the equipment and machineries working condition.
  • Maintains 7S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Security, Safety) system in their respective working area.
  • Abides with the Department and Company's set of rules, regulations, and policies including but not limited to memorandum, circulars, and other oral, written instructions/notices
  • Attends meetings as required by Immediate Superior and other departments as well as performs other functions as required by the Department Head.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Business Course
  • At least 3–5 years experience in retail, sales, or operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in furniture, foam, or mattress industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
