About the role

As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's Human Resources function, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience and drive the organisation's growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
  • Provide support for employee relations, including addressing queries, handling grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits, such as insurance, leave, and performance management
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including training and development programmes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices to enhance overall organisational effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1year of experience in a Human Resources generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR data management, with experience in using HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and priorities tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines
  • Fresh grad are welcome
