About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support to join our dynamic team at Sonpac Marketing/Tokyo Drifit Custom Apparel. In this full-time role based in South Caloocan Metro Manila, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing production schedules, coordinating clients and deadlines
  2. Assisting with the preparation of job orders, quotations and other customer-facing documents
  3. Maintaining accurate records and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  4. Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  5. Supporting the sales team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in sublimation or clothing manufacturing to support sales, process orders, and assist with customer service.
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  4. Proficient in using Google Apps, MS Office and other relevant business tools
  5. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the sales and marketing industry
  6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
