Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales Representative who is passionate about finding new clients and offering quality food manufacturing products. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to perform fieldwork, has excellent communication skills, and is driven to achieve sales targets. With or without experience—we are open to training the right person Compensation will be based on experience, with a strong focus on performance-based incentives and commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Actively seek new clients and establish relationships with potential businesses that need food manufacturing products.
  • Product Presentation: Effectively present and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our products to clients.
  • Market Research: Identify potential customers and new market opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Sales Negotiation: Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales with prospective clients.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, address client concerns, and follow up on orders.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals set by the company.
  • Fieldwork: Travel to meet clients in different areas (must have a motorcycle for fieldwork).
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent (no experience required, training will be provided).
  • Experience: With or without experience—we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the role. Compensation will be based on experience.
  • Willing to Travel: Must have own motorcycle and be willing to travel for fieldwork.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with potential clients and negotiate deals effectively.
  • Dedication: Strong dedication to finding and serving new clients, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Reliability: Trustworthy and dependable with the ability to work independently.
  • Incentive-driven: Comfortable working on commissions and incentives based on performance.
