We are now looking for a Creatives Lead who will be responsible for leading the creative team and driving the development of visually compelling and strategically aligned content.

This role involves overseeing the creative process, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful visual assets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creative direction, excellent design skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a creative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads in the creative concept development and is the gatekeeper for the brand, branding assets and guidelines.
  • Acts as a project manager in creating action plans leading to the finished product.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of design software and media equipment (audio/video).
  • Able to source and work with external suppliers whenever necessary.
  • Provide visionary leadership in defining and evolving the overall creative direction for the brand.
  • Ensure that all creative elements align with brand guidelines, messaging, and business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging the team to push creative boundaries.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and vendors to understand creative requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Present and articulate creative concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Excellent design skills and proficiency in relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of current design trends and technologies.
  • Leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide a creative team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align creative efforts with business objectives.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Can start ASAP and amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
