Job Summary:

As a Senior Creative Manager, you will lead and manage the development and design of creative projects from concept to completion. You will oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns for products/services across various media channels via Graphic Design, Copywriting, Digital, and Social Media Marketing activities.

  • Manage a team of creatives to design marketing materials (such as presentations, websites, brochures, graphic ads, and others), direct digital video and photography productions, and oversee other creative projects.
  • Review and assure the quality of work for all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm, strategize, and execute content and digital marketing initiatives in coordination with the Corporate Communication Specialist.
  • Develop fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Visual Arts/Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Advertising, or any related field.
  • With at least 5-7 years of experience related to Creatives, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Advertising.
  • Proven experience as a creative lead or in a similar creative role.
  • Solid knowledge of design techniques and creative philosophies.
  • Well-versed with software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere), and Figma.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in UI/UX design and web development principles and practices.
  • A deep understanding of website management and content updates using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS tools is an advantage.
  • Skilled in project management, excellent organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Creativity, a keen eye for visual details, and a team player with aesthetic skills and a people-oriented approach.
  • Portfolio with design projects and proven experience in leading creatives for multiple brands.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate with team members, and manage junior creatives.
