  • Overseeing the creative direction and execution for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with brand identity and objectives.
  • Working closely with the Creative Manager to ensure strategic alignment and overall team development.
  • Reviewing and approving scripts and video outputs daily-including during rest days-to maintain content quality and consistency.
  • Leading strategic planning and brand alignments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine content strategies.
  • Monitoring and managing deliverables to ensure timely execution of campaign assets.
  • Conducting monthly performance evaluations to assess contributions, identify growth areas, and provide feedback.
  • Preparing, analyzing, and presenting monthly business reports to evaluate brand and campaign performance.
  • Attending and contributing to weekly cadence meetings, brand meetings and cross-department discussions.
  • Facilitating internal team meetings to ensure productivity, communication, and collaboration
  • Guiding and onboarding new team members to improve overall efficiency.
  • Managing attendance records, CAFs, and coaching sessions to uphold accountability
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and departments to align creative efforts the business objectives.
  • Responding to urgent creative requests and last-minute changes without compromising quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
