Job Overview

The Department Head will oversee the operations of their department and review business loan proposals prepared by team members. This individual will also contribute to team productivity by processing new and renewal business loan accounts, as assigned. Their goal is to ensure all team members are aligned with the company's direction and performing according to established policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the efficiency of operations and fulfillment of team strategy
  • Monitor team performance and implement necessary changes
  • Coordinate internal and external communication
  • Conduct client calls and plant visits for assigned accounts
  • Prepare loan account packages and recommendations
  • Process post-approval requests from borrowers
  • Collaborate with other team heads to improve group initiatives
Qualifications

Candidates must hold a college degree, preferably in business or accounting, and possess at least two years of experience in business lending and one year of people management experience.
