About the role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at Baque Corporation. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects within the Laguna Calabarzon region. What you'll be doing

  • Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements
  • Designing and drafting civil engineering plans and specifications
  • Overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to project requirements and safety standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress to stakeholders
  • Identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions to optimise project efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the civil engineering industry
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to upholding safety and environmental standards
