Job Title: Specialist (Benefits Reconciliation)

Job Description:

Partner with the Benefits Administration team to ensure all administrative duties related to benefits are completed appropriately and within timelines/deadlines. Answer questions related to benefits and assist worksite employees with benefits questions or issues. Assist with open enrollment and new client benefits administration setup.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform daily benefits administration tasks across all client benefits including medical, dental, FSA, life insurance, dependent life insurance, etc.

· Complete benefit elections and changes.

· Audits to ensure accuracy in payroll and benefits enrollments.

· Draft and ensure the accuracy of client benefit communication materials, as needed.

· Support with the delivery of new hire kits.

· Review and maintain information on the HRIS system from a system/company level.

· Review and approve benefit transactions for new hires and qualifying events.

· Prepare employee benefit eligibility, as needed.

· Assist the team with the annual open enrollment process.

· Case all incoming email messages and phone calls from employees and clients to ensure accurate and timely responses.

· Backup Sr Specialists during busy times in Salesforce

· Ensure a high level of customer service delivery by providing timely, accurate, courteous, and appropriate responses to worksite employees, clients, and insurance carriers.

· Update the HRIS system with required documents as needed.

· First point of contact for inquiries regarding benefit-related questions.

· Assist with all other duties and projects as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in a business or human resources context preferred or successful demonstration of required qualifications and competencies.

· Minimum 2 (two) years of professional level experience in employee benefits preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite; advanced Excel skills.

· Prior data entry experience preferred.
