Job Description:

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Prepare, distribute, and follow up on meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring proper filing, archiving, and version control.
  • Handle project-related correspondence and communications.

Project Coordination & Support:

  • Assist the Project Manager and team in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, tracking timelines and milestones.
  • Track deliverables and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Prepare and update project reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Help identify and resolve minor project issues.
  • Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of project-related contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

Data Management:

  • Input and maintain project data in relevant management software and tools.
  • Support data analysis for project tracking and reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Assist the Project Manager in communicating project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager to support project objectives.
