Position Title: Customer Service Officer

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional assistance and support. Your responsibilities will primarily involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, etc.).
  • Provide customers with accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our database system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to address customer concerns and meet their needs effectively.
  • Process orders/quotes and contracts from start to finish for Dye Sub
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Handle and process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating contact information and resolving billing or payment issues.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
  • Any additional tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree or diploma equivalent (required).
  • 2 years+ Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in the workwear trade is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
