Sales Analyst
to bring your talent to Softline Philippines. You'll be a part of our Sales Department.

About This Role

We're looking for a Junior Sales Analyst/Sales Excellence who will manage organization's data and support Manager can understand data and make strategic business decisions. You will take responsibility for managing our master dataset, building, and developing reports, troubleshooting data issues, team's concerns.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and analyze the periodical (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) and requested reports, utilize data visualization and innovative BI tools to ensure data analysis is easy consumable, provides clear stories and opportunities for actions with Managers.
  • Perform deep dive into sales process, sales cycle, opportunity management data to support forecasting, pipeline management, quota and KPIs setting.
  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy of bonus calculation information by developing sales reports, creating reconciliations, analyzing data transactions, investigate inconsistencies, adjust any discrepancies, and prepare report to monitor.
  • Form close working with Regional Sales Excellence and peers across other countries, sharing team insights and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the Territory Sales Leader and Chief Accountant in driving forecast accuracy within the organization.
  • Assist in maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing other data-related problems.
  • Other activities related to business analyzing and process.

Profile Requirements

  • Experience in Office 365 configuring (tenant, Exchange, Skype for Business Online)
  • Have experience in the position of Sales Admin/Business Intelligence/Data Analyst.
  • Knowledge and practical working experience in CRM system.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and BI tools (Power BI practice is an advantage).
  • English fluency in speaking and writing.

  • Ability to successfully review & analyze data and reports to extract meaningful insights that drive strategies and executive decision-making processes.
  • Ability to synthesize data, frame insight and relate it to business.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers with strong grasp on numbers.
  • Self-starter and positive with a can-do attitude.
  • Creative, detail oriented, quick learner, time management skill, ability to work well independently and across various teams.
