  • Responsible for conducting ocular visits to client jobsites and gathering of initial measurements;
  • Oversee actual project status and installation; up to final turnover as needed;
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota as set by Sales Manager;
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of signed quotations and other documents required;
  • Identifies and recommends innovative products best suited for the client's needs;
  • Maintains client relationships by providing support, information and guidance;
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies;
  • Monitor strict compliance with Company Rules and Regulations;

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment:

  • Architectural/Interior Design or any Technical Course Equivalent. (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.)

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in using CAD, Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge in Rendering Software.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
