Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our partner specializes in the design, tooling and manufacturing of plastic injection molded products servicing a variety of industries and applications. They possess over 50 years' experience in the plastics industry providing customers with creative product design, expert material selection, product prototyping & mold design. They are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a fixed 6-month project employment
As the Customer Service Specialist, you will provide efficient and accurate data entry support while delivering excellent customer service. This position plays a crucial role to contribute to the smooth operation of the customer service department by handling data-related tasks effectively and assisting in delivering exceptional service to customers.
This position is required daily onsite and based in BGC, Metro Manila. Work hours are 6am-3pm Manila time, supporting Australian business hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate input and maintenance of data in databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries professionally - provide information and assistance to clients.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients.
- Prioritise tasks and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and customer-related issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Assisting with inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Exceptional phone management, customer service, active listening, and verbal and written English Language communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in Logistics industry is preferred.
- Proficient typing and data entry experience, knowledge of the software UNLEASHED would be an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite & other data entry software.
- A good team player that enjoys working collaboratively.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
