Job Summary

The role of the Processing Officer involves managing and supporting the licensure, immigration, and credentialing of international nurses seeking Visa Sponsorship and U.S. employment. A Processing Officer is dedicated to providing unparalleled service through clear direction and instruction, thoughtful guidance, and responsive communication throughout the nurse's journey.

Core Responsibilities

  • Address all nurse support inquiries promptly, ensuring a response within the service level agreement timeframe of 2 business days.
  • Provides guidance to nurses on all credentials required for filing, assisting them in completing various applications, and ensuring timely submission of all necessary processing documents.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of U.S. licensure, exam registrations, immigration processing, and credentialing, ensuring deadlines are met for each step.
  • Handle immigration processing tasks, including Visa application and screen documentation, and related immigration forms, to ensure nurses meet U.S. immigration requirements for licensure.
  • Update Interstaff's internal database with all relevant nurse information throughout the entire nurse's journey ensuring accuracy and data consistency.
  • Address the nurses' questions throughout the process, providing clear information and guidance, while keeping them engaged and informed on the status of their licensure and immigration processing.
  • Escalate any issues or trends related to immigration or licensure processes to ensure timely resolution across departments and compliance with deadlines.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Proficiency in G-suite applications (Mail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Zoho) preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to self-learn and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in handling high-volume tasks in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience with U.S. based staffing agencies is preferred but not required.
  • Background in healthcare staffing-related processing is advantageous.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a local/international staffing company is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26, Php30,000.00 per month
