The All-Around Crew Member supports the daily operations of the store by performing tasks in the kitchen, bar, dining area, sales, and general service. The role ensures quality service, proper product handling, and a clean, organized environment for customers and staff.

Kitchen Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Bar, Coffee, and Juice Preparation

  • Prepare coffee, juices, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Keep bar and drink stations clean, stocked, and organized.

Dining Area Service

  • Serve food and beverages to customers in the dining area.
  • Assist customers with concerns and ensure excellent service.
  • Keep the dining area neat, sanitized, and presentable at all times.

POS and Payment Handling

  • Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments.
  • Process cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Ensure proper handling of receipts and accountability of sales.

Inventory, Stock Management, and Deliveries

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or missing items.
  • Accept deliveries, check items, and ensure accuracy of quantity and quality.
  • Organize and arrange stocks properly following inventory procedures.

Selling and Customer Service

  • Attend to customers, take orders, and provide product information.
  • Upsell products when appropriate.
  • Maintain a friendly, respectful, and helpful customer experience.

Promotion and Marketing

  • Distribute and promote company flyers in the assigned areas.
  • Engage potential customers professionally to introduce products or offers.

Cleaning and General Duties

  • Clean and maintain all areas including kitchen, bar, dining area, and workstation.
  • Dispose of waste properly and ensure sanitation standards are met.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) or
  • At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php550.00 per day
