We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Crew to join our team at Kaya Korean BBQ - Banawa in the vibrant city of Cebu. As a fulltime Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Provide prompt and attentive table service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and responding to customer requests
  3. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and cleared efficiently
  4. Assist with food preparation and stocking of supplies as needed
  5. Handle cash and process payments accurately
  6. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  7. Contribute to a positive team environment and provide excellent customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  4. Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  5. Knowledge of food and beverage service, including proper serving techniques and etiquette
  6. Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
