  • Beverage Preparation: Making a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and teas, according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing recommendations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Stocking and Replenishment: Stocking supplies and beverages, and ensuring proper inventory levels.
  • Adherence to Standards: Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Barista Requirements:

  • Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
  • Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A polite, engaging personality.
