Job Requirements

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Proven experience in "US standard" architectural drafting and team management

Strong knowledge of CAD software and drafting standards

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the architectural drafting team to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects

Coordinate managers and clients for seamless workflow

Implement best practices and standards in drafting and design documentation

Mentor and develop junior drafters, fostering growth and collaboration

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM-4:00 PM) Flexi-time
