Our Architectural Draftsman creates carefully detailed drawings of Mary Grace Cafes and Kiosks for construction and renovation. These drawings will be used by our team of architects, engineers, and external partners as basis on plan and project management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produces CAD drawings and renderings, as well as color boards, to develop specific and precise designs for projects.
  • Uses CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management approval.
  • Gathers the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts and ensures they are correct
  • Ensures all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.
  • Ensures that all layouts and blueprints meet the required codes and legal standards.
  • Coordinates with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure project needs and design proposal requirements are met.
  • Specifies important details for projects such as cost estimates, materials, and assumed construction duration when needed.
  • Conducts site visits to check on project status and execute necessary adjustments.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • With at least 1 year of experience in Retail/Commercial Design up to Construction (Please attach your Portfolio/Sample Work on your resume); Fresh graduates looking for apprenticeship are welcome to apply
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray or similar, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficient with MS Office and Instant Messaging applications
  • Willing to report both in-office and conduct site visits
