About the Client Our client is a high‑growth AI startup transforming pharmacy operations in the U.S. healthcare space. Their flagship product is an AI Pharmacy Assistant that automates routine pharmacy tasks, enabling teams to focus more on patient care. Already live in multiple U.S. pharmacies, their agentic AI systems are deeply embedded in pharmacy workflows and are reshaping the patient experience. Position Overview We're looking for a sharp and agile Operations & Marketing Associate to support day‑to‑day execution across marketing, internal operations, and sales support. This is a broad role ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves wearing many hats, and has excellent attention to detail. You’ll be managing digital content, conducting light business analysis, handling invoice tasks, and keeping internal operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Content Execution Create, edit, and manage blog content, social posts, and website copy (with SEO in mind) Produce LinkedIn and Instagram content to support brand visibility and hiring Edit presentation decks and videos for sales or internal use (Canva + light video tools) Sales & Admin Support Manage inbound lead tracking and CRM hygiene Help prepare sales decks, pre‑call briefs, and follow‑up materials Assist with scheduling and coordinating sales touchpoints Internal Operations Track and send invoices, follow up on outstanding payments Conduct vendor research and perform administrative tasks as needed Support ad‑hoc research, documentation, or system tasks across the team Monitoring & Reporting Monitor databases and business dashboards Read and interpret data summaries to support decision‑making Participate in documentation, SOP drafting, and business writing projects Requirements Must‑Have 2+ years of work experience in operations, marketing, or admin support Prior experience working at a startup or in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment Strong written English; able to communicate clearly and concisely Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite Proficient in Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude Comfortable switching between tasks and taking initiative independently Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Willing to work U.S. Eastern hours Nice‑to‑Have Background in healthcare, healthtech, or pharmacy operations Experience with content writing, SEO, or social media strategy Familiarity with CRM tools or light business analytics Light video editing or design experience Benefits Competitive Salary: To be discussed during the interview Remote Work: Work from anywhere Generous PTO: 14 Paid Time Off (PTO) days + U.S. Holidays Direct Mentorship: Collaborate closely with experienced founders Learning & Development: Opportunities to grow your skills across multiple domains Work‑Life Balance: Clear working hours and respect for personal time Our Recruitment Process Application Screening (with voice/video note required) Initial Interview Skills Assessment Final Interview Job Offer Onboarding #J-18808-Ljbffr
