About Us

MH Home Solutions is a fast growing U.S. home improvement company with multiple product lines including solar, roofing, impact windows and doors, HVAC, kitchens, pergolas, and more. We operate in competitive local markets and marketing directly impacts revenue, not just awareness.

We are looking for a senior marketing leader who understands how people decide to buy, knows how to reach them across channels, and can prove what is working with data.

This is a confidential, high ownership role with real influence over strategy, budget, and execution.

What You Will Do

  • Own demand generation end to end across paid and organic channels
  • Lead and execute performance marketing on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and any other channels you believe will drive qualified leads
  • Decide where to invest budget, what to say, and how to measure success
  • Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns that generate calls and form submissions
  • Use paid and organic social as part of a demand engine, not just content distribution
  • Develop messaging and offers that drive action, not just attention
  • Oversee SEO and conversion optimization with a focus on lead quality
  • Track performance using clear metrics tied to revenue and pipeline
  • Test, iterate, and refine creative and campaigns based on results, not opinion
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to improve lead quality and close rates
  • Translate data into clear recommendations the leadership team can act on
  • Take full ownership of outcomes, not just activity

Qualifications

  • Proven experience running performance marketing across Google, Meta, and similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, SEO, and conversion optimization
  • Ability to connect marketing activity to real business outcomes such as calls, leads, and revenue
  • Experience managing budgets and making tradeoff decisions based on data
  • Comfortable working across multiple products and services
  • Clear written and verbal communication with non technical stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect data
  • No degree required. Experience and results matter more than credentials.

This role is for someone who wants to own growth, not just run campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php49, Php54,249.64 per month
