About the role

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in reviewing accounting transactions, working closely with our finance and technology teams.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform and review complex daily accounting transactions under strong controls.
  2. Ensure reliability of financial statements via policy and control adherence.
  3. Support month‑end JEs, reporting, and reconciliations.
  4. Maintain complete audit trails and organized records.
  5. Drive documentation and efficiency projects
  6. Detailed review of accounting transactions; validate support and controls.
  7. Utilize Ariba/Oracle/Certify; process select payments and FA transactions.
  8. Understand flows to GL and impacts across FA, prepaids, leases, intercompany.
  9. Prepare JEs and month‑end reports per global timelines.
  10. Collaborate on process documentation, analyses, and improvements.

What we're looking for:

  1. Must have a degree in BS Accountancy
  2. Possess 5+ years in AP/GA/audit.
  3. MS Excel proficiency; accounting applications experience.
  4. Effective English Communication skills.
  5. Having multinational exposure and CPA is a plus.
  6. Experience in project/change support experience.
