JOB OBJECTIVE:

  • To initiate innovative research that aligns with organizational goals and product development.
  • To develop innovative solutions that address industry challenges and meet customer demands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads research, planning and implementation for the adoption of new products for the brand.
  • Develop new products including packaging and branding.
  • Guaranteeing continuous innovation of new products and to maintain and improve existing products.
  • Researching market values and trends for the consumers to stay ahead of the competition.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Creative mind to think outside the box.

Good Business sense

Knowledgeable in Graphic Designing including 3D designs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree of any business related course

At least (3) three years related experience in similar roles.

With background in cosmetics & beauty products is a plus

Willing to work onsite - BGC Office - Mon-Fri work sched

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
