Join a dynamic IT organization where you'll play a key role in driving stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across enterprise systems. As a Change Management Specialist, you'll manage the full lifecycle of IT changes — from risk assessment and CAB facilitation to post-implementation reviews — ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient delivery of technology changes that support business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee end-to-end Change Management processes aligned with ITIL best practices and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate CAB meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure changes are implemented with minimal risk.
  • Analyze change trends and leverage KPIs to drive data-informed process improvements.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to track performance and compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional IT teams to plan, assess, and validate system changes.
  • Lead or support training sessions and Change Management roadshows to strengthen adoption and process alignment.
  • Contribute to QA functions including SIT and UAT during ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of ITSM experience with strong focus on Change Management and understanding of related ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; strong reporting and dashboarding skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit-driven environments.
  • ITIL v4 and/or Project Management certification preferred.
  • A passion for process improvement and driving operational excellence.
