About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Talentprobe Due Diligence. Based in our Bonifacio Global City Taguig City office, this is a full-time role with a hybrid work setup, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound call handling
  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
