Job Summary

We are seeking customer-focused and detail-oriented
Call Center Associates
to join our Amazon support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, assisting with orders, returns, product inquiries, account support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and/or emails from Amazon customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, refunds, account issues, and general troubleshooting.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions while following company policies and Amazon's customer service standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, handle time, and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to Amazon's compliance and security policies.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and participating in training and team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not always required.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to shifting schedules, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer skills; comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Willing to work on holidays, weekends, and night shifts as required.
